The Upkeep Co. is a growing property cleaning and maintenance company covering Pembrokeshire, and we're looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Operative to join our team. You'll work alongside others on larger projects while also carrying out jobs independently once fully trained. No two days are the same. The role includes: - General property maintenance - Painting and decorating - Basic plumbing repairs - Joinery and carpentry - Plaster patch repairs - Door and lock repairs - Fence and gate repairs - Property inspections - Holiday let and domestic maintenance - Helping deliver high-quality workmanship across every job We're looking for someone who: - Has experience in multiple trades - Can work independently and use their own initiative - Takes pride in producing quality work - Is reliable, punctual, and professional - Has excellent problem-solving skills - Holds a full UK driving licence - Has good customer service skills

Experience
- Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance roles with a strong background.
- Prior experience in maintenance or facilities management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in performing repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
- Leadership skills that motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Respectful attitude towards clinets
