We are supporting the appointment of an outstanding Care Home Manager to take responsibility for a prestigious residential care home in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious leader to join a high-quality service, driving operational excellence, developing a strong team culture, and ensuring residents receive the very best standards of care.
As Care Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, providing inspirational leadership and ensuring excellence across care quality, compliance, staffing, and resident satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining the home’s reputation as a leading provider of luxury residential care within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the home’s management and care teams
- Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs
- Maintain outstanding standards across quality, compliance, and resident experience
- Oversee CQC requirements and drive continuous improvement across the service
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and local stakeholders
- Support occupancy growth, commercial performance, and the ongoing success of the home
- Create a positive culture where colleagues feel valued, supported, and empowered
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager with a proven background in managing high-quality residential care services. You will be a confident and compassionate leader with the ability to inspire teams, improve standards, and deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a residential care home
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Experience leading teams within a luxury, premium, or high-performing care environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
- Strong commercial awareness, including occupancy and relationship management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
