Responsibilities

- Safely operate the minibus, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Transport passengers to designated locations promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive attitude throughout
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, providing excellent customer service and clear communication
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts for record-keeping purposes
- Follow scheduled routes and timeframes efficiently while adapting to traffic conditions as needed
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members to coordinate arrivals and departures
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
- Proven experience as a commercial driver or delivery driver, with a focus on passenger transport
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with <PERSON> driver standards preferred
- Ability to operate a minibus safely in various traffic conditions
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with passengers and team members
- Strong communication skills to provide friendly assistance and relay important information effectively
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and safety protocols related to passenger transportation
