Job Summary
Oversee all warehouse operations: Maintain a clean, organised, safe & secure environment. Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory. Implement new initiatives & processes.
Site Support: Ensure prompt site set-ups, mid-stream deliveries and site clearances.
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee the unloading of goods and the ‘receiving in’ on system.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the security of warehouse assets and goods during working hours.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy. Keep track of all incoming and outgoing products, including stock levels. Regularly checking inventory stock levels and comparing them to records to identify discrepancies and prevent errors. Carry out regular stock takes.
- Implement process improvement initiatives when required.
Material Deliveries To Site:
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery to site upon request of either the project manager or the purchasing manager.
Site Clearances:
- Remove all excess left-over materials from site.
- Carry out a builder’s clean where required. This involves sweeping up, removing rubbish, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Dismantle temporary fencing if required.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
