Solicitor Team Leader – (3 Roles Available)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

The Opportunity
Are you a senior litigator who actually enjoys leading people? We are undergoing a major expansion and are looking for five Team Leaders to join our Litigation department. While technical skill is essential, we are specifically looking for "people people." The Role
- Manage and mentor a team of fee earners within the Financial Mis-Selling Department
- Act as the technical and emotional "go-to" for your team.
- Oversee caseloads using FMS (Financial Mis-selling) or similar Case Management Systems.Drive team performance while maintaining a collaborative, positive office culture.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor: Ideally 3+ years PQE in Litigation.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing a team or supervising junior staff.
- FMS Knowledge:
- Experience with Financial Mis-selling or high-volume litigation systems is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: You must be personable, approachable, and an excellent communicator.
