About Us
Super Micro Foods Ltd is a family-run indoor vertical farm based in the heart of Kent. We specialise in growing premium-quality tendril pea shoots all year round using modern indoor farming methods. Our crops are grown without artificial fertilisers or pesticides and are supplied to wholesalers, food service companies and fresh produce markets across the UK.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our small, friendly team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn every stage of the growing process, from seeding through to harvesting and packing.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Seeding and preparing growing trays
- Harvesting fresh tendril pea shoots
- Packing customer orders to a high standard
- Cleaning and preparing growing equipment
- Helping maintain a clean and hygienic growing environment
- Monitoring crops throughout the growing cycle
- Assisting with general tasks around the indoor farm
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hard-working with a positive attitude
- Keen to learn new skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Physically fit and comfortable being on their feet for much of the day
- Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality fresh food
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage, although it isn't essential.
