About Us:
We are a growing private dental practice ,fully computerised, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and friendly team environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Dental Nurse or an individual with experience awaiting qualification.
Role Overview:
As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our dental team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with a range of dental procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and providing excellent patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is keen to advance their career with access to additional training and development. Please note this position cannot consider overseas applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and maintain the clinical environment, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.
Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
Take and develop digital x-rays as required.
Support the practice with administrative duties when necessary.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Dental Nurse: GDC registered with relevant dental nursing qualifications.
Experience: Proven experience in a dental practice, with a solid understanding of dental procedures and protocols.
Professional Development: Eagerness to undertake further training in areas such as x-rays, sedation, dental implants, and orthodontics.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
Compliance: Up-to-date CPD training, DBS check, and Indemnity (all covered by the practice).
