Flowers Manor is a luxury, purpose-built care home located in Chippenham in Wiltshire.
We have great residents and staff team and are looking to grow our Lifestyle Team
·Participate and contribute to planning a structured activity timetable designed around resident’s requirements, desires and choice. With a focus on Person Centred care and Delivery
·Have awareness of residents individual choices and life history to base pertinent activities within the weekly plan.
·Ensure the home has the relevant resources to deliver the activities.
·Work closely with the Senior Lifestyle Assistant and Deputies to support the planned activities.
·Motivate, coach and encourage all team members to embrace, deliver and take part in activities throughout the home. Helping everyone to understand the importance in the day to day of our residents.
·Ensure the areas for activities are well stocked and maintained.
·Working closely with the Senior Lifestyle Assistant, you will arrange and organise a monthly event in the home.
·Record all resident accurately in the daily progress notes.
·Be a liaison to the local community to maintain a positive status in the community.
·Liaise with the Senior Lifestyle Assistant to help ensure all residents have a voice and input to the running of the homes activity timetable.
·Bring an element of fun to the day for residents and staff.

Working 3 days on and 3 days off over a 6 week rota.
