Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team in Brighouse & Huddersfield. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
- Assist in meal planning and ingredient stock management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including proper handling of food and kitchen equipment
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Experience with meal preparation, especially breakfast dishes, is highly desirable
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving customers and managing kitchen workflows
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering excellent guest experiences
