Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their housing needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Assist clients in navigating housing applications, including using property management systems like Yardi.
- Negotiate with landlords, property managers, and service providers to secure suitable accommodation options.
- Provide advice on tenancy rights, responsibilities, and conflict resolution to promote sustainable tenancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver comprehensive support services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, housing placements, and case progress using digital tools.
- Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies to ensure long-term housing stability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housing support, social work, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between clients and landlords or service providers.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of tenancy laws, housing policies, and community resources is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
