Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team at The Runaway Cafe. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including simple food assembly and snack service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations.
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure orders are completed promptly during busy periods.
- Support with general cafe duties such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and organizing work areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Experience
- Previous barista experience is highly preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a lively cafe environment.

Pay: £10.85-£12.85 per hour
