We are currently looking for a Senior Construction Manager, who will lead the successful delivery of major projects from concept to completion, guiding high-performing teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, cost, and programme. You’ll drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while working with supply chain partners to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions.
As the Senior Construction Manager, you will:

Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing construction management team.

Build the right mix of skills, experience, and capability across projects.

Drive talent development, workforce planning, and resource alignment to meet business needs.

Champion consistent ways of working, embedding best practice, systems, and processes.

Work with partners and supply chain to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective projects on time and on budget.
We are looking for:

Significant construction industry experience, with strong expertise in construction methods, engineering principles, and project delivery.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop large multidisciplinary teams.

Strong capability in project planning and scheduling to keep delivery on track.

Sound knowledge of risk management, with a focus on achieving time, cost, and quality objectives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with teams, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
