About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance and Admin professional to join our growing hospitality business. This is a stand-alone finance role supporting multiple sites, working closely with the senior management team and external accountant to keep financial operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Daily bank reconciliations across multiple hospitality sites
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Support payroll admin and post payroll journals in Xero
Allocate cash and card takings to the correct sites using GM reports/till system log ins
Post monthly journals, including card fees
Use Xero and Dext to manage invoices and financial records
Manage supplier invoices and statements via multiple portals
Build strong relationships with suppliers and site teams
Support year-end with the external accountant
Assist with quarterly finance reviews with business owners (led by the external accountant)
About You
AAT qualified
Experience in a finance/admin role within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments
Confident working with multiple locations
Familiar with Xero, Dext, or similar systems
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and communicating with GMs and senior stakeholders
Pay: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
