My client is looking for dedicated and compassionate Children’s Support Workers to join their team, supporting vulnerable children and young people with complex needs.

The Role
As a Children’s Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care, guidance and support to children and young people with complex needs. You will help create a safe, nurturing and positive environment while supporting their individual needs, development and wellbeing.
You will be required to work a fixed rota pattern of 1 day on, followed by 2 days off.
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working with vulnerable children and/or young people with complex needs.
- Are caring, patient, reliable and emotionally resilient.
- Can build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Are confident supporting individuals with complex and challenging needs.
- Can work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
- Have full flexibility to adhere to the fixed 1-on, 2-off rota pattern.
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Essential Requirements
A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this position.
Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role, so applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
