As the Bar Supervisor & Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will interact with customers and serve the best cocktails in the area. What will my day to day look like?
You'll assist the existing Management team in running day-to-day operations Leading the bar team from the front, delivering our famous food & cocktails in a friendly & efficient manner whilst maintaining agreed standards. The bar team works across the Rocca ristorante (Mon-Sun) and Ora bar site (Fri-Sun) and you will support the bar manager across both bar areas.
Along with a skillset to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner and to a high standard we hope you will be able to assist in teaching and leading the team to deliver consistency in our products.
Other duties include but not limited to
- Cover for the Bar Manager in their absence
- Preparation & service of desserts from Rocca bar for restaurant
- Ensuring all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met
- Liaise with our amazing, longstanding kitchen management team to deliver shared goals

Experience of people management and leadership skills
Knowledge of stock inventory and financial controls
Ability to be flexible, working both independently and as part of a team and adjust to fast paced customer demands
What's on offer?
Competitive hourly rate depending on experience with OTE from £14p/h
We expect 30-40hrs hours per week to be available with most hours coming from weekend service hours
Staff meals on shift subject to shift pattern
