The Basics
Salary: £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience, capability and the value you can bring.
Location: Hybrid – Cheltenham
Hours: Full Time

Your First 90 Days
Month One
- Learn our people, partners, systems and customer journey.
- Ask questions, challenge assumptions and understand why we work the way we do.
Month Two
- Identify quick wins.
- Improve processes.
- Build relationships across the business.
- Create a roadmap for bigger improvements.
Month Three
- Deliver meaningful change.
- Use technology where it makes sense.
- Help shape the future of Operations at PIM.
What You'll Be Doing
Running a Great Operation
- Lead the day-to-day Operations function.
- Support teams to deliver high-performance.
- Ensure operational capacity keeps pace with business growth.
- Own operational performance.
- Remove barriers that stop people doing great work.
Making Things Better
- Review the way we work and improve it.
- Remove unnecessary complexity.
- Reduce manual processes.
- Identify where technology, automation and AI can improve efficiency.
- Work alongside Engineering to turn ideas into practical solutions.
- Champion better ways of working across the business.
- You don't need to be technical, but you should naturally think 'Surely there's a better way of doing this?'
Delivering Performance
- Own operational KPIs.
- Analyse performance data.
- Improve productivity without compromising quality.
- Deliver outstanding customer and partner experiences.
Helping PIM Scale
- Lead operational projects.
- Support new products and regulatory change.
- Help build an operation ready for the next stage of growth.
Working Across the Business
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Risk & Compliance and Engineering.

- Financial services or regulated industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
