As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Vehicle Rental Sales Advisor to join our Wellingborough branch. The Role
As a Vehicle Rental Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be converting customer enquiries into rental bookings by identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and rental solutions from our extensive fleet.
You'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert customer enquiries into vehicle rental bookings
- Advise customers on the most suitable vehicles and rental packages
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rental journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Support fleet planning and vehicle availability
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing and inspections
- Organise vehicle deliveries, collections and cleaning schedules
- Provide office and operational support, including assisting delivery drivers when required
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the branch
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent people skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in sales, customer service, vehicle rental, automotive or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence building long-term customer relationships
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Honesty, reliability and strong attention to detail
- A full, clean UK driving licence
