Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support a sociable and active young girl with complex care needs.
She enjoys attending school, spending time with family and friends, visiting the park, travelling on public transport, hydrotherapy sessions, and arts and crafts. As she is non-verbal, she communicates through sounds and individual cues, so patience and attentiveness are essential.
As part of her care team, you will provide person-centred clinical and personal care, support her at school and within the community, complete observations, and assist with moving and handling.
You will play an important role in promoting her independence and ensuring she remains safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the day.
Proven experience working with children is essential.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”

- A minimum of 3 months' experience in a care setting
- Confidence in administering medication, providing personal care, and supporting with moving and handling

- Full COVID-19 vaccination
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
- Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
- Reward & recognition programme
