Duties
- Lead by example in delivering top-tier hair styling and barbering services to clients of all backgrounds
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience
- Train, mentor, and support junior staff to develop their skills in hair styling, barbering, and customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair care to offer innovative solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in barbering, hair styling, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with previous supervisory or senior roles in a salon or barbershop setting
- Excellent knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
