SENIOR LETTINGS CONSULTANT / VALUER - RUISLIP
Please note: a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings in the UK is essential. We cannot consider applications without it.
We are looking for an experienced lettings professional who can do both sides of the job: win the instruction at the valuation, and see the let through to move-in.
This is a senior, employed role with a real basic, uncapped commission and a car allowance. You will cover Ruislip, Ickenham, Eastcote, Northwood, Pinner, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Harrow and the surrounding areas.
THE PACKAGE
- Basic salary of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience
- Realistic OTE of £48,000 to £55,000
- Uncapped commission - top performers earn more

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Carrying out rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions
- Building and holding relationships with a portfolio of local landlords
- Booking and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing terms
- Referencing, right to rent checks and tenancy paperwork
- Growing the managed book, not just the let-only side
- Mentoring junior negotiators and setting the standard in the office
- Keeping us compliant and keeping our landlords happy
WHAT YOU NEED - ESSENTIAL
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings in the UK. This is a firm requirement.
- Proven experience valuing property and winning instructions - this is the core of the role
- Solid working knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Confident, warm and straight-talking with landlords and tenants
- Full UK driving licence
NICE TO HAVE
- ARLA / Propertymark qualified - but we will fund it if you are not
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff
- Local knowledge of Ruislip and the surrounding areas
