MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Programme Manager to join our client on an initial 2–3 month contract. This is a hybrid role based in London and requires someone who can start immediately or at short notice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of a D365 Business Central programme, managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programmes.
- Manage programme governance, planning, delivery, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, senior leadership, vendors, and technical teams.
- Coordinate and manage both onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful execution.
- Proactively manage programme risks and issues, driving timely resolutions and escalating where appropriate.
- Handle project and programme escalations effectively, providing practical solutions to keep delivery on track.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) implementations.
- Successfully managed and delivered at least 2–3 end-to-end D365 projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing distributed teams across both onshore and offshore locations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex escalations and drive effective resolutions.
- Strong programme planning, governance, and delivery management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Desirable:
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- Experience working within enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
