We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver high-quality drinks will enhance the overall experience of our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for the art of bartending. The position is Part-Time with the potential for increased hours.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard specifications and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders.
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws.
- Maintain a clean environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper record keeping.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- A friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
