As a Window Treatment Installer at Gemini Blinds, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' spaces by expertly installing various window treatment solutions. This position is based in the North West and is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shutters, awnings, and canopies.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation according to specifications.
- Fabricate custom solutions as needed to meet unique customer requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure proper functionality of installed products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation of window blinds required.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in installations.
- Basic knowledge of plastering or masonry is a plus but not required.
