About Finnmark Sauna
Finnmark Sauna is the UK's premier supplier of authentic Sauna, Steam, Spa, and Wellness products. We're known for delivering world-class bespoke sauna projects and supplying over 4,000 high-quality wellness products through our thriving eCommerce platform. With a strong UK online retail business and an ambitious expansion into European markets underway, we're building out the team to take Finnmark to the next level.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, versatile eCommerce Executive to join our eCommerce team, helping lead the implementation of how our website looks, works, and performs. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, meaning equal parts creative and analytical, with genuine autonomy to shape how customers experience Finnmark online.
You'll be the person who makes things happen on-site: building landing pages, optimising product listings, improving the customer journey, managing product data, and ensuring every page reflects the quality our brand stands for. You won't just maintain the site - you'll actively look for ways to make it better.
This is a broad role by design. We want someone who thrives on variety, can self-teach when needed (with AI tools, documentation, or good initiative), and takes genuine pride in the detail.
What You'll Lead
- Website & Storefronts: build and maintain landing pages, collection pages, and campaign pages
- Manage visual merchandising: product placement, category layouts, and on-site presentation
- Configure template and theme settings to keep the site polished and on-brand
- Implement pricing changes, sale events, discount codes, and promotional offers
- Create and manage product bundles, and configure shipping rules and delivery settings
- Configure and manage marketplace and multichannel sales integrations
- Product Data & Content: list new products and maintain existing listings with accurate descriptions, attributes, and assets
- Clean and enrich product data — cost prices, specifications, USPs, volumetrics, supplier information
- Write and refresh product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and buyer's guides
- Conduct listing audits to identify and resolve gaps in imagery, content, and SEO
- Performance & Optimisation: analyse conversion rate performance and recommend improvements
- Support content-led SEO, implement GTM/UTM tracking, and conduct routine QA and cross-device testing
- Scope site enhancements and liaise with our development partners on technical projects
- Marketing (supporting role): contribute to email/SMS campaigns and organic social content alongside the wider marketing team
