- A skilled and confident chef who can run a busy service

- Previous kitchen experience required (experience in a fast-paced environment preferred)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance
- Supporting menu development and contributing creative ideas
- Working closely with front-of-house to deliver a seamless customer experience
