Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
To ensure the profitable, efficient and safe operation of the cleaning, security, and baler operations at Essity Prudhoe. This is to include peripheral services supplied to the client such as window cleaning, pest control, fem hygiene or any other service provided by OCS as and when required. To provide a quality service delivery to the customer in accordance with company procedures ensuring effective and adequate financial, budgeting and analysis of direct cost and overheads. To retain existing business along with achieving relevant growth targets for new work. To manage the staff on your site ensuring adequate cover is established during periods of holidays and absence. To manage all aspects of discipline and line management with staff at all times.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
Manage the delivery of all services in your specific area to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations and strategic objectives of the client.
To always comply with Client, Company, and legal requirements such as H&S, ensuring the display of notices, first aid and accident reporting, achieving compliance with ISO standards.
Control budgets for all staff, products and materials. Full P&L responsibility.
To ensure the contract operates within all current legislation and client policies and that where appropriate, staff are made aware of their responsibilities in the regards to all clients policies and procedures.
Maintain staff records and training within legislation and Company policy using both in-house and external training schemes. Full information of all internal training held on the OCS MIS System.
To hold regular team briefings that cover all relevant topics as outlined on the company core briefing sheet. To ensure staff have an opportunity to raise any issues with you.
To ensure the specified and correct standards of services are established and maintained and that any deficiency is reported and remedied promptly.

Provide dedicated leadership to all OCS site staff & colleagues
Continual motivation & development of staff to ensure a first-class service to our clients.
Person Specification
IOSH Managing Safely. IT literate – proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
SIA Licence desirable although training will be provided
3 years+ Full FM management experience across a range of service disciplines. Previous budget accountability including the management of a team in excess of 15 employees is essential. Management of industrial multi services contracts preferable.
Personal Characteristics/Attributes
Must be self motivated and results orientated with effective inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
Maintain client liaison throughout site and work closely with the Essity Facilities Management team
Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently to direct reports
Ability to mentor and develop subordinates, counselling and coaching where necessary.
High degree of interest in their own personal development and future career progression
