Responsibilities
- Clean windows of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring streak-free results.
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to achieve optimal cleanliness.
- Safely operate equipment necessary for window cleaning tasks. full training will be given
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the proper storage of cleaning supplies.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients and address any concerns.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in instructions and feedback.
- A valid driver's licence is essential for travelling between job sites efficiently.
