We have an exciting, permanent opportunity available for a Temporary Accommodation Broker Co-Ordinator to:

Work in close partnership with the Housing Solutions team to arrange emergency, interim, and temporary accommodation placements.

Carry out all associated administration of the placements.
-
Liaise with accommodation providers to ensure up to date essential documentation is provided and logged.
-
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to track all placements to help ensure timely move on.
-
Record information accurately to ensure reporting data is correct for service managers and finance colleagues.
-
Effectively communicate with colleagues and other local authorities around placement in and out of the area.
Whilst in post there will be development opportunities alongside flexible working with the option of a blended working environment (home and office where appropriate).

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate how you prioritse development and well-being of a team, have experience of working effectively with a range of services and have the skills, passion, and resilience to work creatively with service users who are accessing ACT and need ongoing support in relation to housing, homelessness and/or domestic abuse.
