Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator/Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing client enquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Analyse project plans and specifications to determine material, labour, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Maintain organised records of estimates, client communications, and project documentation.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone or email, providing clear information and guidance.
- Assist clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor project costs during execution to ensure adherence to budgets; implement cost control measures where necessary.
- Support the sales team by providing technical advice and assisting with proposal development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in estimating or cost control within a relevant industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite programmes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
