The post is offered as a 13-month Fixed Term Contract.
The University Finance Office has a vacancy in its busy SAP Team for a SAP Helpdesk Analyst.
You will provide first line support for helpdesk tickets, liaising with users to illicit further context and information, resolving queries across all areas of SAP and finance systems, passing them on to the rest of the team quickly and effectively for resolution if required.

About You
You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent and will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience of working in a customer facing environment, ideally on a helpdesk. You will have experience working with SAP or similar ERP Systems.

The role is campus based however staff can opt to work under the Finance Office’s current hybrid policy where a maximum of 40% of time (2 days per week for full time staff; normally Tuesdays and Fridays) can be worked remotely.
