We’re looking for experienced, passionate barista to join our team on a part time basis.
As Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages as well as items from our bakery. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce outstanding speciality coffee, including pouring espresso shots, steaming milk and high-quality latte art.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality and presentation according to established standards.
- Prepare + serve a range of other hot + cold drinks
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps customers coming back
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of barista experience
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Thrives in an independent business — adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Interest in café culture, baked goods, and creating a welcoming space
- Available to work early mornings and weekends is crucial
- Latte art is a bonus
