Residential Property Solicitor | Chester | £45,000+ DOE | Hybrid
I’m currently recruiting for a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join its growing team in Chester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ PQE who is looking to take ownership of their own caseload while joining a supportive team with genuine long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- New build transactions
- Providing advice and updates to clients throughout the process
You’ll also have the opportunity to support junior colleagues and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ PQE in Residential Property
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience with shared ownership or new builds would be advantageous
