We are a warm, friendly, and nurturing preschool looking to welcome new members to our small team. Our setting has a maximum of 16 children per day, allowing us to provide high-quality care and learning experiences in a supportive environment.
Positions Available
- Full-Time Early Years Practitioner: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Part-Time Early Years Practitioner: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm – 4:00pm
About the Role
You will work closely with our team to provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. The successful candidate will support children's learning and development, build positive relationships with families, and contribute to the daily running of the preschool.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and preschool policies at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual.
- Experience working with young children is desirable.
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
