Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including brewing equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize wait times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic environment that encourages teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and safety standards is a plus.
