The Supervisor Role
Our Supervisors play a vital role in keeping the store operating efficiently. In this position, you will work closely with the Store Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the store or concession. You’ll be organised, dependable, and confident within your team, always ready to step up to new challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in inspiring and motivating the team to provide outstanding service and create memorable customer experiences.
- Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, regularly reviewing productivity and performance.
- Assist in driving sales and profitability, ensuring company targets, objectives, and KPIs are achieved and exceeded.
- Identify commercial opportunities through effective stock control and strong visual merchandising.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards by implementing company guidelines consistently.
- Oversee back-of-house operations to ensure efficient, seamless service.
- Contribute to delivering the in-store retail strategy by effectively using available tools and initiatives.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Experience of visual merchandising, preferably in footwear.
