Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development
- Promote safeguarding and ensure the well-being of all children
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Contribute to team meetings and ongoing professional development
What we are looking for:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Previous experience within an early years setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
