Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards
- Operate mobile coffee equipment safely and efficiently in different locations, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to enhance their experience
- Manage food preparation tasks, including handling ingredients, assembling drinks, and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards and customer trust
- Use basic math skills to handle cash transactions, give correct change, and record sales accurately
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers swiftly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Skills
- Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks with precision and care in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Flexibility to work in various outdoor or indoor locations as needed, adapting quickly to changing environments
