Operations Manager
Location: Flint, North Wales (covering North Wales & North West England)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year (depending on experience)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our operations, allowing our Managing Director to focus on strategic growth.
This is a senior leadership role with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the business.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring our operations run efficiently, safely and profitably.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all day-to-day operations across multiple live projects.
- Leading and developing our office and operational teams.
- Planning labour and resources to maximise efficiency and minimise travel.
- Chairing weekly operations and planning meetings.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
- Holding managers and teams accountable for agreed actions.
- Improving systems, processes and operational efficiency.
- Working closely with the Managing Director to support the continued growth of the business.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, developers and suppliers.
About You
We're looking for someone who is an exceptional organiser and leader.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 10 years' experience in an operational leadership role.
- Experience within fire protection, M&E, HVAC, building services or specialist construction.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects and operational teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience improving business processes and operational performance.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and profitability.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- The confidence to challenge, coach and hold people accountable.
