Pizza Geeks are on the hunt for an experienced Street Food Pizza Maker to join our mobile events team — serving up legendary pies at weddings, festivals, Fringe, markets, corporate events, and anywhere hungry humans gather. We’re looking for someone kind, motivated, reliable, and a massive pizza nerd.
The Role
You’ll be working inside one of our street‑food pizza units, bringing energy, speed, and flavour to a fast‑paced service environment. While you’ll have a main base, you’ll also jump into other units when needed to keep the Pizza Geeks magic consistent across every event. This is proper street‑food work: busy, fun, chaotic in the best way, and full of good vibes.
What We’re Looking For
Full‑time availability preferred (part‑time considered for the right person)
Evening and weekend availability is essential
Previous pizza‑making experience is required
A team player with a positive attitude
Someone adaptable who can move between units and events
A love for great food, great people, and geeky fun
Core Tasks
Preparation of fresh ingredients
Dough balling
Stretching and topping bases
Running the oven during busy service
Following prep lists and managing orders
General kitchen duties
Keeping the unit spotless and maintaining top‑tier hygiene
Serving every pizza the Pizza Geeks way
