About Us
Tudor Catering Trailers has been designing and building bespoke trailers and vehicle conversions since 2002 - over 24 years' experience. We're always growing and changing to meet our customers' requirements, which means no two jobs are ever quite the same. From mobile kitchens fitted into horse boxes, caravans, catering trailers, exhibition trailers, chassis cab vehicles, vans and shepherd huts - we're always coming up with something new.
What We Offer
- A genuinely varied role - no two builds are the same
- The chance to work across multiple trades rather than being boxed into one
- Seeing a project go from bare chassis to finished, driveaway-ready vehicle
- Uniform and all tools provided
- Overtime available in busier periods
- Several bonus schemes
The Role
This role is for someone who is practically minded, ready for a challenge, and comfortable working as part of a team or on their own initiative. It can be physically demanding at times - expect lifting materials and working in tight spaces.

- Woodwork - framing, lining out and fitting units
- Welding as needed across builds
- Cutting and fitting access doors, hatches and openings
It's a genuinely varied job, best suited to a practical all-rounder.
What You'll Need
- A practical, hands-on mindset
- Ability to read plans and drawings
- Good written, numerical and communication skills - essential
- Ability to use plant machinery, including CNC (full training given)
- Focus on the project, a team-player attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to supply two good references
