Super charge your finance career across three growing companies in one graduate role. You will learn the full finance cycle in Xero, work directly with our Finance Manager, and build towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA with your qualification funded by us.

This is designed as a role where you can build strong foundations, gain practical experience and see how your work contributes to real business decisions. Using AI to make things super-efficient and work smarter.
About the group
We are a group of three companies: GroupEd, a multi-product education platform; ITeach, a managed service provider supporting schools and businesses across Wales; and Sweet, our education and training brand. One finance team supports all three, giving you exposure to different revenue streams, systems and business models early in your career.
The role
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and get involved in everything from daily transactions to management reporting. You will:
- Run purchase and sales ledgers across the three companies in Xero
- Carry out bank reconciliations, credit control and supplier payment runs
- Support month-end close - journals, accruals and management accounts
- Develop practical AI-assisted automations and reporting improvements that make our finance function faster, smarter and easier to manage
- Assist with budgets, forecasts and year-end audit preparation
Who we're looking for

- Genuinely interested in AI - you use modern tools confidently and want to help shape how a finance team uses them
- Reliable, proactive and keen to learn, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in Excel; Xero experience is welcome but not required

Paid study days each year, plus exam days
Holiday
27 days plus bank holidays, including Christmas and new year break
Pension
Employer-contribution workplace pension
Working pattern
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your agreed working hours will be scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm. This is an office-based role.
The full package, including study support, is worth more than £30,000 in your first year.
Why graduates choose roles like this: you will not be one small part of a large finance department. You will see how a whole finance function works, learn directly from experienced colleagues and build skills that transfer into management accounts, commercial finance and future qualified roles.
