We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Automation & Client Support Specialist to join our team full-time in Chelmsford, Essex. This role is part of the tech engine behind both our internal businesses and the business owners we coach through Systemise & Scale.

Your Role: A Mix of Implementation + Client Support
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things GoHighLevel, helping us build smarter systems while supporting our clients in implementing and mastering the tech to grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimise high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows
- Implement AI-powered lead nurture sequences using email, SMS, chatbots, and other tools
- Improve internal workflows, customer journeys, and automation processes across Active Mortgages and SAS Consulting
- Act as a GoHighLevel advocate, supporting our SAS clients with tech questions, setup support, and system troubleshooting
- Help coach and train clients on how to use GHL effectively to streamline their lead management and increase conversions
- Stay up to date on GoHighLevel features, AI trends, and best practices to continuously improve delivery and client experience
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel – funnels, automations, triggers, calendars, email/SMS workflows, the full system
- Confident with setting up and integrating AI automations (e.g. AI chat agents, follow-up bots, smart sequences)
- A passion for tech, marketing, and solving problems for clients
- Ability to communicate clearly and support clients who may not be as tech-savvy
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- A desire to teach and empower others, not just do the work behind the scenes
- Experience with API integrations or third-party tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Basic understanding of CRM strategy or customer journey mapping
