About the Role
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You'll provide practical and emotional support tailored to each individual's needs, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Helping individuals access the community, attend appointments, and participate in activities.
- Encouraging independence and promoting choice.
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition.
- Administering medication following training.
- Completing accurate electronic care notes and documentation.
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and person-centred approach at all times.
- Working as part of a supportive team while also using your own initiative.
What We're Looking For

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) at a cost of £64.20
- Good written and spoken English.
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- 3 months UK care experience in a permanent role, OR 6 months experience in an agency role.
