We manufacture a wide range of bespoke joinery including traditional timber windows, external and internal doors, staircases, fitted furniture, kitchens and specialist one-off pieces for private clients, builders and commercial projects.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner who takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working on varied, bespoke projects rather than repetitive production-line manufacturing.

The Role
Working as part of our experienced workshop team, you'll be involved in every stage of the manufacturing process, producing bespoke joinery to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing bespoke timber windows, doors, staircases, fitted furniture and other custom joinery.
- Operating woodworking machinery including spindle moulders, panel saws, rip saws, planers, morticers and tenoners.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Assembling finished joinery products.
- Hanging doors, fitting ironmongery and installing glazing where required.
- Assisting with spray finishing in our on-site spray shop.
- Maintaining excellent quality standards throughout production.
- Working safely and keeping the workshop clean and organised.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker.
- Can confidently operate woodworking machinery.
- Can work accurately from technical drawings.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Can work independently as well as part of a small team.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Experience with CNC machinery would be an advantage but is not essential, as training can be provided.
