We are Happy Smiles CIC, a multi-award-winning, disabled people’s-led organisation, doing disability differently, through lived experience.
Our team across the North West is over 90% disabled. We challenge stigma, raise expectations and deliver training, access audits, advocacy and support that create real opportunities for disabled people to thrive.
As a Disability Confident Leader organisation we proactively support reasonable adjustments in the workplace to ensure we recruit the very best people to our roles.
We are a Real Living Wage employer and winners of the Disability Smart Impact Award for workplace experience 2026, as well as many other awards celebrating our inclusive approach to employment. Put simply we employ people based on their strengths and values, working on a needs-led, rather than diagnosis led approach.
