Hours: Monday – Friday, 15 Hour Contract, Split Shift Pattern, Term Time Only

Our team of dedicated Passenger Assistants plays a vital role in providing support, supervision, and reassurance to passengers, ensuring their well-being and a smooth travel experience.
The Role
As a Passenger Assistant at Grange Transport, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers during their journeys. You will support the driver by assisting passengers on and off the vehicle, securing seatbelts, and providing supervision throughout the trip. This role is especially important for school contracts and transport services for vulnerable passengers, where patience, attentiveness, and a caring attitude are essential.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
· The care of children to school, college or day care centres.
· To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner.
· To support children or adults getting on and off from the vehicles.
· To look after the needs of the passengers during the journey (training is provided).
· To make sure that passengers are always safe.
What You’ll Need:
· Previous experience either working with children or young adults with special needs is desirable but not essential.
· PAT’s Certificate (Full training provided by the company)
· A friendly and kind attitude and professional approach
