Dental on the Banks (Sandbanks, UK) is a modern and innovative dental practice providing bespoke treatments and a thoroughly luxurious journey for the patients of Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional level of dental care with the help of our enthusiastic team.
We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused, experienced dental receptionist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and knowledge of how to provide an outstanding customer experience. Organisation and time-management skills are of absolute importance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
You will be the first point of contact, welcoming our patients to the clinic, and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- The Luxury Experience: Delivering a friendly, warm and welcoming 5-star concierge service.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively managing inbound inquiries and turning "just asking" leads into confirmed clinical consultations.
- Revenue Optimisation: Mastering the diary to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. You’ll identify gaps and fill them with high-value treatments.
- Relationship Management: Building instant trust over the phone and in person, overcoming patient objections, and "selling" the value of our bespoke treatments.
- Data Mastery: Utilising our CRM to track marketing data, follow up on pending treatment plans, and ensure no lead is left cold.
You'll Also Be Required To:
- Take payments and discuss treatment plans
- Track patient queries and patient marketing data
- Send appropriate regular emails as part of customer care experience
- Log patient data in relevant reports for the use of managers
- Upload patient data in the appropriate software
- Track laboratory work, deliveries, and referrals
- Uphold the company values throughout
