Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service experiences for guests
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, presentation, and culinary techniques
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate efficiently with team members and management
