We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle while delivering goods to clients and customers.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimise time and fuel consumption.
- Load and unload items carefully, ensuring products are secured during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon receipt.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and addressing client queries when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver is preferable.
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience with delivery routes and navigation tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
