We are looking for a creative, digitally‑savvy team member to help grow our online presence and support our print shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing visuals, building ecommerce pages, and running online marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Design product images, banners, ads, and promotional graphics for websites and social media.
- Build or update ecommerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or similar).
- Manage online listings, product descriptions, pricing, categories, and stock updates.
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms.
- Support SEO tasks: keyword optimisation, image optimisation, and improving product visibility.
- Assist with email marketing, basic ad campaigns, and promotional launches.
- Prepare artwork for print and support print production when needed.
- Communicate with customers online and in‑store to clarify requirements and provide updates.
What You Bring
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Etsy, Amazon).
- Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and basic paid ads.
- Ability to create clean, modern visuals for both print and digital use.
- Good communication skills and a professional, organised approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn print processes and equipment.
